Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Blocker account and its associated server-held data, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Before you submit
This public form creates an unverified request for manual review. If you can still open Blocker, use the account deletion action in Settings instead; an authenticated in-app request is verified as belonging to the signed-in player.
Deleting a Blocker account is different from disconnecting Google Play Games. Disconnecting Google alone does not delete the Blocker profile. Account deletion is irreversible and may remove access to progression, virtual balances, inventory, social history, and other saved game state.
Submit your request
Enter the Player ID shown in Blocker Settings or your profile, your current Blocker username, and an email address where Pie Labs can contact you about verification and completion. Do not send a password, guest credential, Google authorization code, access token, or any other secret.
Submitting this form does not immediately delete the account. Pie Labs must manually review this unverified request and may contact you for information reasonably necessary to confirm control of the profile. The submitted email address by itself does not prove ownership.
What happens to your data
After the request is verified and approved, Pie Labs deletes the Blocker account and data associated with operating that profile, including its profile, progression, inventory, social connections, and Google Play Games link. Data on your device must be cleared by uninstalling Blocker or clearing its app storage.
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud and duplicate-reward prevention, transaction or dispute handling, or legal compliance. Match history may be kept only in de-identified form. Operational logs currently rotate after 14 days unless particular evidence must be preserved, and deleted data may remain in restricted backups until the applicable backup replacement cycle completes. See the Privacy Policy retention section for more detail.
Identification and follow-up
Accurate profile details help Pie Labs locate the intended account, but public requests remain unverified until review. If a request cannot be verified, Pie Labs may decline it to protect another player's account. Responses will explain any additional steps and confirm when processing is complete.
